X-Build Construction Services is a building company located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney whose primary interest lies in the acquisition and development of residential dwellings within the local area, from minor residential projects to multi-level coastal trophy homes. We also have several commercial concerns in retail & hospitality, of which I, David Pelzman am the Director.
Since 2008, E4 have been our principal electrical contractor. They have maintained this position through their commitment to every project, from the design & discussion phase through to the installation of the latest products and implementing the very best of today technologies.
Through their actions on-site with regard to the managing of staff, their commercial pricing structure and extensive knowledge of all things electrically related, I am more than confident in recommending their services to all within the industry.
On a personal note I have found both Directors, James & Daniel to be very friendly, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they continue to effectively deliver the works on schedule and to budget.
